Big Box. Big News!

Two large retail stores in the downtown core are available for lease at 901 State (18k sf) and 710 State (9k sf) which leaves some questions regarding the future of the current tenants of those spaces, Forever 21 and Restoration Hardware. In more positive news, two grocers will be opening locations in Santa Barbara - Sprouts has leased the former Trader Joe’s in the Milpas Plaza and Bristol Farms will open soon in the former Vons at La Cumbre Plaza. Also, Fitness 19, with gym memberships for under $20 just signed a 20k sf lease at Turnpike Center in the former Cloud 10 Jump Club location.
