Chapala, so hot right now

The lower blocks of Chapala have been quite active lately! Last week, Honeymoved into two buildings on the corner of Cota and Chapala totaling 19,000 sf. Seavees, California’s original laid-back casual shoe company, is getting ready to move into their new headquarters a block away in the former church at the corner of Chapala and Haley. The two are bringing the young cool vibe back to the area that’s been missing since Breakfast Coffee closed a couple months ago. Speaking of, that space will soon become Lighthouse Coffee(the same one from the Mesa) and all will be right again in the neighborhood.
