Food & Drink Update

Sunstone Winery recently got their final approvals for a rooftop bar in the Funk Zone! The 40-seat 1,300 sf bar will have ocean views and sit above SB Biergarten. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until next summer for this exciting addition. Other projects in the works include the Los Agaves owned taco concept on Upper State (former Dunkin Donuts), Broad Street Oyster Co taking over the entirety of Modern Times' adjacent space, Gene Montesano's Jewish-Italian deli called Oye Vey Maria on Coast Village Road, Dutch Garden re-opening soon, and a rumored funk zone restaurant by Sushi Bar's head chef.
