Augie's of Santa Barbara is now open on the 700 block of State Street! (pictured at left) Check out their extensive list of agave spirits, local cuisine and whimsical Jeff Shelton architecture. Two blocks down, Drift, a modern boutique hotel will open soon at 524 State Street. Inside you'll find a coffee shop called "Dawn" and a tapas restaurant called "Dusk". In the Funk Zone, Silvers Omakase (by the former Sushi Bar Montecito chef) will open in 2023, in place of Seven Bar and Kitchen.

In bar news, the Miracle Bar Pop-up is back at Pearl Social (with very limited reservation times I might add), and Deep Sea opened a second wine tasting location at the Ventura Harbor Village. Bottoms up!
