SeaVees, the original casual shoe brand headquartered in downtown Santa Barbara is “stepping up”! We just signed two leases with the growing brand - their flagship retail store opened this week at 24 E Mason (pictured at left on their opening day) in the heart of the Funk Zone and they will be doubling in size when they move their office headquarters to the former Alchemy Arts building at the corner of Chapala and Haley. We can’t wait to see what they do with this beautiful building given the amazing job they did transforming a metal building into their flagship retail store.
