Large Transactions Already

Only one month in to 2019, and multiple transactions valued over $10 million have been completed. The SB Unified School District completed their purchase of the National Guard Armory property on Canon Perdido Street for over $10 million; the Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems Goleta Headquarters (pictured below) sold to a local investor for over $20 million; and CenCal Health purchased their building on Calle Real for north of $30 million. Also, on the leasing front, Apeel Sciences just signed a 105,000 sf ten year lease in Goleta valued over $20 million.
