Local Tech Update

Santa Barbara’s tech scene is booming! Cloud management company RightScale was recently acquired by Flexera, Amazon will be moving into 45,000 square feet on State Street, and Appfolio expanded their footprint in Goleta. Two of the buildings they lease at 50 & 70 Castilian are now listed for sale by Hayes Commercial at a mere $39.8M. There are many more tech groups expanding, as well as some exciting deals we should be able to share before the end of the year.
