San Diego Brewery Modern Times is rumored to be opening up with local restaurant Barbareno in the former India House space at 418 State Street. This new collective, which will be similar to 'The Waterline', will also feature a retailer and potentially a nightclub. A few blocks down State Street towards the Funk Zone, Captain Fattys Brewery and Corazon Cocina (the famed tacos from the Public Market) will open at the former Union Ale space at 214 State.
