Direct Relief International is finishing up construction on their new headquarters in Goleta. The 155k SF+ building on 8 acres is across the street from the airport along Hollister Ave. This is the largest construction project in 20 years in SB, and now the largest distribution hub for humanitarian aid in the nation.

SEE International is doubling in size and moving their headquarters to 175 Cremona. SEE International provides sustainable medical, surgical, and educational services through volunteer ophthalmic surgeons with the objectives of restoring sight and preventing blindness to disadvantaged individuals worldwide.
