Over $90 million in sales closed on just 3 streets within 3 miles of each other in Goleta in the first two weeks of December.. The Appfolio campus at 50, 70 & 90 Castilian sold for over $40 million, 301 Mentor sold for over $20 million, and 125 & 175 Cremona sold to the same investor for close to $25 million. That brings the 2019 total sold in Goleta to over $200 million which is more than double 2018 and 55% more than the next highest year since we began keeping stats!.
