Retail Rumblings

Las Aves, the office complex facing the bird refuge near Montecito, sold earlier this year for $19.25M to Runyon Group. They are planning an overhaul and intend to rebrand the property into "The Post" which will house many small retail and food/beverage uses, similar to the Montecito Country Mart.

In other retail news, Tri County Produce at 335 N Milpas St sold for $9.75M. TBD on what will happen here long term, but we're told Tri-County isnt leaving any time soon.

Lastly, 2840 De La Vina, home of Grocery Outlet, two restaurants and a liquor store, traded hands for $14.4M.
