State Street Update

Lots of positive news coming out of the 1100 block of State Street recently. The SB Museum of Art is undergoing a huge renovation adding and updating  galleries; Mizza Restaurant (same owners as Viva, also in La Arcada) recently opened, and Mosaic Locale is under construction in the former Peet’s Coffee space. Mosaic, operated by the Impact Hub will bring together several local exciting businesses, including  Buena Onda Empanadas, Draughtsmen Aleworks, Juice Ranch, and Hook & Press Donuts.

All of this is in addition to Anthropologie committing to Santa Barbara by exercising their option to renew their 10,000 SF lease - a great vote of confidence for our local retail market!
