State Street Update

The Paseo Nuevo mall's $20M remodel is now 75% complete. The fate of the Macy's building, now the "Ortega Building", is still to be determined, however the mall operators have released the results of their survey for what uses residents would like to see at the property. A high-end movie theater in the second and third story of the property is rumored to be at the top of the list but nothing is finalized.

The lower blocks of State Street have been very active in recent months with news of an Institution Ale expansion, a rumored new hotel development, and a new large format restaurant concept we are excited to announce next month.
