Stay Positive!

It's no secret retail, and especially restaurants, have been among the hardest hit sectors of commercial real estate. However, despite what seems like never ending bad news, there is some exciting news regarding new retail and restaurant concepts opening (or close to opening!). Here’s a few: Corner Tap on the mesa is pouring over 25 beers on tap and serving flatbreads; EveryTable will open its first location outside of LA in the Amazon building downtown; Insomnia Cookies is working through the city process and hiring for their new home on the 400 block; Rusty's Pizza opened in the former Stacky’s Seaside in Summerland, Porch is moving into the former Just Folk building in Summerland, and Revolver Pizza is opening in the former Paesano’s on the West side.
