Goleta commercial real estate is in high demand despite an unpredictable market everywhere else. In the last forty-five days, Microsoft has leased over 7K SF on Hollister Ave, Skate One has leased 13K SF on Cortona Dr, Lockheed Martin has leased over 25K SF on Storke Rd and Cottage Health has leased ~22K SF on Hollister Ave.

In the Goleta sales market, Majestic Asset Management just purchased the LogMeIn campus at 7414-7418 Hollister Ave. This deal was done off-market, and closed at over $15M.
