The Great Outdoors

Outdoor brands have been active in retail leasing, a sector that has been quiet in recent history. Vuori, a workout and athleisure company (their men's and women's joggers are a must-have!) and Havaianas, the colorful rubber sandal company, both just signed leases on the 800 block of State Street, bringing a fresh outdoorsy vibe to the Paseo Nuevo Mall block.

On the experiential side, Rad Power Bikes leased 5,400 SF in the Funk Zone, and e-Bikery is moving from State Street to Gutierrez Street and tripling in size. Although leasing typically slows in the summer months, we are hearing of renewed downtown interest from brands that have been hesitant until now.
