The Main Drag

Despite retail leasing being slower than normal in downtown Santa Barbara (shocker!), at least three restaurant/retail properties along State Street are currently in escrow. These include 330 State Street, where Casa Blanca is located (pictured at right); 1027 State Street - formerly Tamira Restaurant; and 225 State Street - the old Enterprise Fish Company building. All properties are under contract with owner-users.

Quick retail leasing updates include: LA Fitness signing a 20K square foot lease at The Plaza Shopping Center in Goleta; Dylan Star clothing boutique moving to the Funk Zone next door to Hazard's Cyclesport; and both Viva Oliva and Salty Bros Soap Co signing leases on State Street.
