High tech is on the move – three local tech companies are expanding in downtown Santa Barbara. Zoom Communications, a leader in video communication, is doubling in size to approx. 8k sf; Invoca, an AI-powered call tracking and analytics company, is moving from its Chapala and Figueroa locations and expanding into 28k sf at 419 State (a former SONOS building); and WellHealth, a communications platform connecting patients and healthcare providers, will back-fill the 15k sf building Invoca is vacating at 1025 Chapala St. With all these moves, Amazon leasing Saks and the rumored Honey expansion, the tech scene is booming.
