Wait, deals are still happening?

The Procore Campus at 6303-6309 Carpinteria Ave on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean just sold for north of $40 million. The same property, pre-Procore and pandemic, sold for close to $20 million in 2015 – pretty good return on investment for the sellers! The Coronado and Breakpointe student housing properties in Isla Vista sold for over $70 million and land at the corner of Mason and Anacapa across from Channel Islands and next to SeaVees just sold to a developer for just under $3 million.
